Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Permanature Cosmetics.

Due to hygiene, safety, and health regulations, all cosmetic products sold are subject to the following return policy.

1. Strict No Return Policy (Hygiene Protection)

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Change of mind

  • Unsuitable shade / texture preference

  • Skin reaction or allergy cases

All sales are considered final once products leave our facility.


2. Damaged / Incorrect Items

We will only consider replacement if:

  • Item was damaged during delivery

  • Wrong item was sent

  • Manufacturing defect is found

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and unboxing video evidence

  • Description of issue

Failure to provide video proof may result in rejection of claim.

If approved:

  • Replacement will be sent (subject to stock availability)

  • Refund may be issued at our discretion


3. Product Disclaimer

All products are:

  • For external use only

  • Formulated for cosmetic purposes only

  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and usage.

We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full application.

Permanature Cosmetics is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products.
